We all dream and we all have good dreams and bad dreams depending on many other factors like your age and your diet and the stresses in your life at any given time.
For most people, dreaming can happen anytime they are asleep, though we experience dreams most often while we are in the sleep onset and REM sleep stages of our sleep cycle. We usually have 4 to 6 dreams per night, but the majority of us forget most of them as soon as we wake up. Though you can't

People will be posting their dream's video to facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, YouTube or any other social media website. You may see a post titled "Performing salsa with Michael Jackson" from your friend, isn't it awesome?
The psychiatrists may ask for last 7 days of dream recordings to their patients to know about their mental status.
